I really enjoyed reading about everyone's PtP experiences here. They bring back some wonderful memories. My PtP trip was in 1983. At seventeen years old it was easily the most incredible experience I had ever had up to that point in my life. My delegation was made up of people from Missoula and Billings, Montana and from West Lafeyette, Indiana. We started off not knowing each other at all and ended up being great friends with everyone. Everything about the trip was memorable...the people, the cultures, the lanquages, the scenery, the architecture... it is truly an experience that everyone should have. You return with a better understanding of the world and your place within it and you have a strong appreciation for your own home and great respect for other's homes. Nearly twenty years later I can still say that the PtP experience was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I am now helping my oldest daughter prepare for her Australia/New Zealand PtP experience in the summer of 2003. Kane Moscow, Idaho
